Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is a 2017 racing game in the Mario Kart series and acts as an enhanced port of Mario Kart 8 for the Wii U. The Mario Kart 8 Deluxe – Booster Course Pass DLC increased the game’s total number of courses to 96. 14 of these were maps of real-word cities ported from the mobile game Mario Kart Tour. The first wave of DLC released on March 18, 2022, and the final wave released on November 9, 2023.

The list of Tour maps in 8 Deluxe includes Paris, Tokyo, New York City, Sydney, London, Berlin, Madrid, Rome, Los Angeles, Athens, Bangkok, Amsterdam, Singapore, and Vancouver. Landmarks in the maps are cobbled together regardless of distance to make reasonably-sized maps and fit Mario Kart‘s art direction, but the detail and variety of landmarks included is commendable.
